Object of general public utility as determined by trustees, including:

– Providing direct help and assistance to persons suffering from natural calamities.

– Establishing or rendering help to institutions for the alleviation of human suffering.

– Promoting or conducting programs of social and economic development in rural or backward areas.

Initiatives related to housing and support for vulnerable groups:

– Starting and maintaining children’s homes (orphanages), creches, and old person’s homes.

– Constructing homes for the poor and handicapped, selling them at cost in instalments without charging interest or profit.

– Making outright grants to poor and needy widows and orphans.

Property-related activities:

– Owning, purchasing land, constructing or buying buildings and properties for public utility purposes

– Including Dharamshalas, Community Halls and Playgrounds

Establishment, support, maintenance, running and management of facilities for public use:

– Gyms, sports clubs and similar institutions

Infrastructure-related activities:

– Erecting, constructing, establishing, operating, and maintaining walls, tube wells, water pumps, tanks and laying pipes for supplying water and other amenities to the public
